Shipping Policy

Orders placed on wearmetal.shop are fulfilled and shipped by Bioseren Medical Solutions Private Limited, operator of the Wear Metal brand, from our workshop in India.

1. Where we ship

We ship across India. International shipping is not available yet; it will be added after launch once our fulfilment is stable.

2. Dispatch time

Orders dispatch within 2–4 days from our workshop in India. You’ll receive an email with tracking the moment your parcel leaves.

3. Delivery timelines

These are measured from dispatch, not from the day you order. Metro cities two to four business days, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities four to seven, remote pincodes up to ten. Add the dispatch window above for the total time from placing an order.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders across India. We accept online payments only; no Cash on Delivery.

5. Delays

If your tracking hasn’t updated in five days or more, email us with your order number and we’ll chase it down with the courier.
